What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy on most of our items subject to the following terms.

All returned items must be received back in their original, unused and unworn condition.The item must show no evidence of wear and tear and will be fully checked before a refund is issued. Items will not be accepted back if there is evidence a third party has worked on the item.

All items must be returned with their full original packaging and with full documentation including certificates and proof of purchase

All products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the Item. Any products returned after the 30 day policy are not eligible for refund. 

We will also not refund in the case where two or more items have been bought with the intention of returning one or more.

Bespoke Returns?

The 30 days return policy does not apply to bespoke products or If the product has been personally engraved or has a laser engraved pattern which has been added at the request of the client.

What is the returns policy on defects?

In the rare event that your item is found to contain a defect through manufactures fault please contact us and we will be more than happy to arrange a replacement.

How to Return Your Jewellery?

If you wish to return an item please contact us at info@twobecomeonejewellery.com and we will provide you with further instructions.

The postage cost of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you return all packages using Royal Mail special delivery and insure the package for the full value.

Two Become One is not responsible for any damages or lost packages during shipment.
