How will my item be delivered within the UK?

We are happy to offer all our UK customers FREE DELIVERY. All of our jewellery is sent directly to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is tracked, insured and guaranteed for the next working day by 1 pm. A signature is required on receipt. All deliveries are fully insured up until the point they are signed for. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed however there is a 95% success rate. If you are not available for delivery, a notification card will be placed through your letterbox and you can re-arrange delivery or collect the package from your local postal depot. 

How much does International Delivery cost?

Our International parcels are sent by Royal Mail International tracked and signed for at an additional cost. Please contact us info@twobecomeonejewellery for delivery costs.  If you require any other delivery method please contact us and charges will be assessed individually. Delivery times will vary depending on destination. Please be advised you may be liable for import duties and taxes when the item arrives in your desired country outside of the UK.

How long will my order take?

All Two Become One rings are handmade in house by our master craftsmen so delivery times may vary. Our Classic Wedding Rings usually take two to four weeks to make. If you have ordered one of our Custom made Diamond Rings it can take between four to six weeks.You will receive notification once your parcel has been dispatched.

Can I get my item sooner?

If your order is urgent and requires special attention, please contact us on info@twobecomeonejewellery.com or give us a call on +44 (0)161 428 2820 and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail. Please allow extra time for international deliveries.

Can I collect my order from your showroom?

Orders can be collected from our Manchester showroom. Please let us know in advance and we can arrange a suitable date for collection. You can contact us on 0161 4282820.

Can I have my item sent to an alternate address?

Wherever possible we request that your jewellery is sent to your card billing address. As for you this is the most secure method and also helps us prevent fraud .If this is not possible we can send to an alternate address but for security reasons we will need identification and proof of address. If an alternative address is given please understand that our company insurance only covers items sent to the address given on payment.
